Guided by the Principles of Community, the DEI committee within DEVAR strives to foster a culture that embraces diverse philanthropic opportunities that appeal the entire UC Davis donor base. The committee works to move forward action items in alignment with the campus and DEVAR Strategic Plans. The committee seeks to promote collaboration, community, and cultural understanding leading to a more diverse, equitable and inclusive organization.
