Rob Matthews (he/him/his) is the full desk Development Recruiter for the Development & Alumni Relations Department at UC Davis. Rob is responsible for networking and bringing in elite talent to help UC Davis accomplish its fundraising goals. Alyssa Van Hofwegen (she/her/hers) is the Foundation and Talent Relations Specialist for Development and Alumni Relations. She leads full-cycle recruitments for assistant and associate director of development roles and serves as the primary liaison for general staff position recruitments. Her goal is to facilitate the most positive candidate experience by offering clear communication and support throughout the entire recruitment process. Alyssa holds a Master of Social Work, and obtained her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in July 2023.
