Amy Saini (she/her/hers) is the Development Recruitment Coordinator for DEVAR. Amy oversees logistics and communications for candidate interviews and leads special projects for recruitment activities. With over six years’ expertise in recruitment and HR support spanning various industries such as Google, Big Law, and Healthcare, Amy has honed her recruitment skills. She has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to both candidates and staff, especially when coordinating complex schedules.

Alyssa Van Hofwegen (she/her/hers) is the Foundation and Talent Relations Specialist for Development and Alumni Relations. She leads full-cycle recruitments for assistant and associate director of development roles and serves as the primary liaison for general staff position recruitments. Her goal is to facilitate the most positive candidate experience by offering clear communication and support throughout the entire recruitment process. Alyssa holds a Master of Social Work, and obtained her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in July 2023.
