Annalise Benavides (she/her/hers) is responsible for management-level recruitments within DEVAR, and for overseeing the comprehensive talent management program that supports individuals from pipeline recruitment to professional development all the way to succession planning. Rob Matthews (he/him/his) is the full desk Development Recruiter for the Development & Alumni Relations Department at UC Davis. Rob is responsible for networking and bringing in elite talent to help UC Davis accomplish its fundraising goals. Rob prides himself on being the coolest recruiter in all of NorCal and that pride extends to making the best match for you at UC Davis. Alyssa Van Hofwegen (she/her/hers) is the Foundation and Talent Relations Specialist for Development and Alumni Relations. She leads full-cycle recruitments for frontline development roles and serves as the primary liaison for general staff position recruitments. Her goal is to facilitate the most positive candidate experience by offering clear communication and support throughout the entire recruitment process. Alyssa holds a Master of Social Work, and obtained her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in July 2023.
